Frequently Asked Questions

Is the entry fee a one-time payment that covers the entire 8-week Challenge or is it a monthly fee?

It’s a one-time payment that covers the whole entire 8-week Challenge! Seriously, for the price, you can’t miss this opportunity for a complete training system that’s going to be offered for this Challenge.

How does the point system work?

This will actually be discussed in detail before the start of the Challenge. Basically, there will be many different ways to earn points for yourself and partner, but the best way to earn points will be through results (based upon pounds of fat mass lost and pounds of lean muscle gained).

If I can’t make some sessions due to work or some extraneous circumstance, will it affect my team score?

Attendance will count for points, although it certainly won’t be a make-or-break for any particular team. That being said, it may be the slight boost you need in the standings!

What if I don’t have a partner? Can I still compete? Do you pair us up?

Absolutely – You can still be part of the Challenge. You will be paired with another person if you don’t have a partner. 

Does my partner have to be in the same time slot for workouts?

Not at all.

Do I have to select the same training package as my partner?

Nope.

What does the Semi-Private training involve?

I would highly recommend jumping on the Plus Package because of the ridiculous discount available for the Semi-Private training. Basically, you’ll be in a small group of 1-2 other people within a given time slot in the morning (8-10am). A progressive strength program will be written for you (that complements the Group Metabolic workouts) and you’ll be coached through it a couple times each week. Here’s another interesting tidbit about this training: 70% of the top 10 winners from the previous Challenge were involved with Semi-Private training.
