If you have been looking for a great reason to get back into great shape, but need some accountability and coaching to get there we have the perfect program for you!
Over the course of 5 weeks, Transformations Fitness is holding a SUPERHERO FITNESS CHALLENGE!
During the SUPERHERO FITNESS CHALLENGE you will be tested on a variety of fitness skills, trained in an intense training program for the 5 weeks and re-tested to see who made the most improvement!

Superhero Fitness Challenge INFORMATION
For Current TF Members (i.e., paying monthly membership):
- $17 to enter into the Challenge
- $47 to enter into the Challenge + 5 Semi-Private training sessions (45-minute sessions offered on Mon-Sat from 8am-12pm and Mon-Thurs from 4-8pm)
For New Members:
- $77 to enter into the Challenge + 15 Group Metabolic workouts* OR 5 Semi-Private training sessions (45-minute sessions offered on Mon-Sat from 8am-12pm and Mon-Thurs from 4-8pm)
- $97 to enter into the Challenge and includes both 15 Group Metabolic workouts* AND 5 Semi-Private Strength sessions (45-minute sessions offered on Mon-Sat from 8am-12pm and Mon-Thurs from 4-8pm)

* Group Metabolic workouts held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30PM, 6:15PM and 7:00PM. All training sessions are at Kakaako Fitness on 815 Waimanu Street, 96813.
Superhero Fitness Challenge RULES
- All contestants are required to follow our training program at Transformations Fitness.
- All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.
- All contestants are recommended to complete three (3) workouts per week at Transformations Fitness.
- All contestants must participate in the pre and post testing.
- Rules for each event will be strictly enforced.
- Winner for “Most Improvement” will be based off a percentage system of one’s own performances.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) participants must take part for the contest to take place. If fifteen (15) participants do not register, a full refund will be given to each person.
- No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum participants requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
I am a current member but do I have to participate in this challenge?
- No, not at all. The Challenge is just a nice incentive to change things up a bit!
I am just starting the program for the first-time. Would you recommend that I participate in this Challenge?
- Absolutely! You’ll see great progress in your fitness levels just by showing up consistently to train.
What is the Semi-Private workout like?
- This is workout that you’ll go through that is more strength-based. That means that you’ll be going through a personalized workout working primarily with weighted implements such as dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Each workout will be tracked week-to-week to ensure progression. There will only be up to three people per time slot.
How many people are participating?
- There isn’t a cap on entrants, although space will be limited in certain time slots for the Semi-Private and Group Metabolic sessions. Space is first-come, first-served!
